Dear Jewelry and Bead Enthusiast,

You are invited to join us for an evening of fun at the NVBS Annual Bead & Jewelry Auction, where you will have the opportunity to shop for bundles of beads, findings, jewelry made by our members as well as those donated from the state of Lorraine Morton, a founding member of the Society. There will be door prizes, raffles, snacks and beverages. You will meet old friends and make new ones as you share your passion for beading and jewelry making.

The proceeds of this event will go toward NVBS Community Outreach Program activities which will benefit the following programs:

• Girl Scout Troops Program Members take pride in teaching the girls everything about the world of beads and jewelry making
• Suited for Change & Dress for Success Programs is a program that provides jewelry to low-income and disadvantaged women while they go on job interviews and/or increase job retention potential
• The Prom Jewelry Program - providing jewelry for girls who do not have the financial resources to attend their prom
• 7,000 Bracelets for Hope Global Genes Project - providing blue bracelets and beads for cause bracelets for children and families battling rare diseases to serve as symbols of hope for treatments and cures
• and other worthy causes
